Coles Group is committed to supporting and facilitating a culture of positive behaviour in our business. For this reason, there are a number of ways that concerns about improper behaviour and breaches of the Code of Conduct can be reported.
To report a breach, call the Values and Behaviours Support Line (1300 726 547), Group Investigation Services (03 9829 3380 - for office based issues) or Asset Protection (1800 040 711 - for store based issues).
For the most serious matters, particularly those involving illegal activity, fraudulent or corrupt behaviour and serious breaches of our Code of Conduct, we have an independent and confidential reporting line, known as STOPline.
STOPline is an external company that specialises in dealing with serious allegations of fraudulent and corrupt behaviour and can be used by those who don't feel comfortable using the internal reporting mechanisms available.
Team members, suppliers and others can report conduct they believe is illegal or in serious breach of our Code of Conduct and company policies by:
Calling 1300 304 550
Emailing coles@stopline.com.au or
Writing to Coles Group Ltd.:
c/o The STOPline
Locked Bag 8, Hawthorn
VIC 3122
While calls to STOPline can be made anonymously, please bear in mind that this may increase the time needed to investigate the matter and have appropriate action taken.
If you need further guidance or clarification, please contact Cameron Newell, Manager Group Investigations, on 9829 3380.
