The MIG and associated business example documents have been changed to reflect this. Please see the Technical Documents section on the Documents page.
In terms of data content of this field, Coles Group Limited has the expectation that the "Estimated Delivery Date" in the ASN is the same as the Purchase Order "Delivery Due" date. That is, Coles Group Limited expects stock to be delivered on the date specified in the Purchase Order.
For further conditions of use of this field and management of exceptions that may arise, please refer to item R30 of the Supplier Questions & Answers document on this site.
It is important that your business understands and applies this requirement in full within your B2B systems and processes since failure to comply will create operational conditions that will jeopardise the timely receipt of, and payment for, your deliveries to GHPL.
If you need any further clarification, please refer to your nominated Coles Group Limited e-Commerce Accreditation representative.
