Guided by our purpose of ‘Helping Australians eat and live better every day’, we are committed to supporting the communities in which we operate.
Working alongside our team members, suppliers and customers, we focus on improving health outcomes and building community resilience.
Each year, we invest through partnerships, fundraising, food donations, disaster relief, and financial and in-kind support for our community partners.
Coles has national partnerships with Redkite to help families affected by cancer; SecondBite and Foodbank to provide food relief; Guide Dogs Australia to help people with low vision or blindness; FightMND to help find a cure for Motor Neurone Disease; and Hospitals United for Sick Kids to help children’s hospitals across Australia.
In addition to these national partnerships, Coles also supports a range of state and local initiatives which help reduce disadvantage, drive improved health outcomes, reduce environmental impacts, assist the food and grocery sector and contribute to schools and community groups.
To help young people live healthy, active lives, Coles has partnered with community sport programs, Coles Little Athletics, Coles MiniRoos and Coles Healthy Kicks to provide support to their grassroots community sporting programs.
